MEYERS, BONNIE G. – age 87 of Knoxville passed away, December 4, 2014. Born in Middlesboro, KY. She was a member of Cumberland Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Meyers, Jr.; parents , Henry and Isobell Green; brothers, Herman, Earl and Edward Green; sister, Marie Clair. Survived by son, Randy Meyers; daughter, Robin Meyers; close friends, Jesse Ursery, Justin Holland and Jack Winsbro; and many nieces and nephews. After sister Marie’s death, Bonnie became particularly close to Marie’s young children, Dorse and Gary Clair, and Carolyn Redmond. Visitation will be from 2-3 pm Sunday in Weaver’s chapel with service to follow at 3 pm.
