Brenda Butler Moore

Brenda Butler Moore, age 73, of Oliver Springs, Tennessee passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020 at her home after a four year battle with cancer. She was a member of Shepard of The Hills Baptist Church. She was also a member of Daughters of the Nile and Eastern Star.

She is preceded in death by parents Neil and Eula Butler and brother Stuart Butler.

Survivors include her loving husband of 24 years Frank E. Moore, son Frankie Moore (Amanda), daughters Rachel Price (Stephen) and Christy Underwood, grandchildren Jacob Davis (Megan), Joshua Underwood, Isaiah Underwood, Eli Moore, Jonas Moore, Elizabeth Grace Price and Lyla Kay Price. She also leaves a long list of loving friends and family members.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 15, 2020 from 11am to 12:45pm at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee, 37919. A graveside service will follow in the Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Leland Lyons officiating. Friends may leave their thoughts and memories at www.berryhighlandmemorial.com

I have known Gayle my whole life. She fought a good battle against cancer, but was always content with her salvation, knowing that she had nothing to fear. My prayers are with you Frank and with all Gayle’s family. I know she will be missed.
