Houser, Burl Eugene “Gene” age 62 of New Market, went home to be with the Lord on May 10, 2012. Gene was a life time self employed mason, and of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents Bur and Lucille Houser, and Brothers Frankie and Darrell Houser. He is survived by wife, Lisa “Poindexter” Houser, daughter Tiffany Houser, “Finney”, son Shawn and wife Anna Mae Houser, stepson Josh Poindexter; six grandchildren, four brothers and one sister and numerous other family and friends. Family will receive friends at McCarty –Evergreen Funeral Home, Monday 4-6 p.m. Family will gather Tuesday at 10:45 for an 11:00 graveside service at Caledonia Cemetery.
