Carolyn Faye Hahn Pruitt

Carolyn Faye Hahn Pruitt, age 70 of Knoxville, passed away February 2, 2025. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Carolyn was the glue that held her family together, and will be remembered for her giving heart.

Preceded in death by first husband of 21 years, Samuel Hahn; second husband of 34 years, Robert Pruitt, Jr.; granddaughter (daughter), BreOnna Hahn; grandson, Sawyer Bolton; brothers: Everett Ray Long, Clyde “Pete” Long and Frederick Long; sister, Trula Jane Long; and mother, Lillian A. Long.

She is survived by daughters: Samantha Hickle, Sabrina Burroughs and Cayla Hahn; son, Christopher Burroughs; grandchildren: Kaitlyn Abner, Samuel Hatfield (Patience), Andrew Hickle (Sabrina), Aleia Burroughs (Cody), Brookelyn Hickle, Cory Burroughs, and Bailey Beckner; great-grandchildren: Everleigh Gibson, Jason Hatfield, Elias and Zylas Boudreaux; sister, Mickie Lauderdale; and brother, Curtis Long.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920, with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM, with Rev. Johnny Quillen officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2:45 PM on Monday, February 10, 2025 at Greenwood Cemetery for a 3:00 PM interment.
