Carolyn Janette Lane

Carolyn Janette Lane, age 81, of South Knoxville, went home to be with her Lord Sunday, March 18, 2018. She was a member of Bible Missionary Baptist Church. She was devoted to her family and loved them unconditionally. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Ray Lane and two children Trula Yvonne Bush and Clayton Ray Lane. She is survived by daughter Danita Davis; sons Dean and wife Angie Lane; Brent and wife Melissa Lane; Kris and wife Nicole Lane; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Anna Lane; brothers Jack Monroe and Gene Monroe; and special friend James Nichols. Family will receive friends Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM, Pastor Larry Lewis officiating. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 12:15 PM to go in procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for a 1:00 PM interment service.
