Cathy Piper, age 67, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Cathy was a devoted wife and mother and a longtime employee of CVS/ Caremark. She loved the outdoors, enjoyed camping and relaxing on the head waters of Douglas Lake.
Cathy is preceded in death by parents Hubert and Ollie Hood; brothers Hobert Hood and Calvin Hood; sister Harriet Julian and Sister-in-Law Carol Hood.
Survived by husband John Piper Sr.; children Samantha Bradley and husband Travis and John Piper Jr. and wife Amanda; Grandchildren Kailee Bradley, Johnny Piper and Natalie Piper; brother Craig Hood and wife Sharon, Sisters in Law Peggy Blevins, Carol Irwin and husband Wayne, and Pat Hood; Several Nieces and nephews.
