She is preceded in death by her parents, Mitchell and Martha Beason; husband, Loren Sharp; son, Don Sharp; siblings, Lucille Ford, Gene Beason, Bernice Vaught, Agnes Dyer, Mary Beeler, Bea Dalton and Mike Beason; and several nieces and nephews.
Cathy is survived by her sons; Gary Sharp (Bruce Haas) and Matthew Sharp (Shelly Powers); and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for Cathy will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Central Baptist Church, 5364 N Broadway St, Knoxville, TN 37918. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Samaritan's Purse.
