

Celia Frances Tatum Luttrell, age 95, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully May 10, 2017 at Island Home Health and Rehab. Celia was born on a tobacco farm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in a loving Christian home. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Bluegrass where she was active for many years and enjoyed singing in the choir. Celia retired from Sears Warehouse with over twenty years of service. She had a passion for sewing and made many things for her family. She also enjoyed gardening and cooking. Preceded in death by husband, Charles Luttrell; son, Robert "Bob" Pegram; brothers, Charles and Daniel Tatum and sisters, Biddy Hicks and Kathleen Thomas. She is survived by daughters, Tammy (Tim) Berry, Brenda Pellerin, Barbara Weaver; son, Rick Pegram; brother, Carlton Tatum of Winston-Salem, NC. grandchildren, Paige Berry, Mike (Patty) Weaver, Derick (Heather) and Ryan (Deidre) Pegram, Kelli Pegram (Chris) Fries, Susan Pegram (Darren) Lowman, Kasey Pegram,Bobby Pegram, and Marc Pellerin; several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7 pm Friday, May 12, 2017, Berry Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 11 am Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services.
