from this world September 4th, 2022. He was 34. Born and raised in South Florida to mother Cynthia and father Joseph. He spent his time working in the family owned business with his father. Chad enjoyed investing in crypto currency and analyzing other financial growth opportunities. He always had a new business idea. Chad was known for brightening the world around him to all that he knew. His motto was “Just live life, stay positive, and be a good role model”. He inspired all who knew him and made a difference in many lives. Chad loved his family and there’s nothing he wouldn’t have done for them. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cynthia Fritz; grandmother, Doris Fritz. He is survived by his loving Children Zoey, Ashton, Chloe and Braden; Father Joe (Robin) Chavez; Sisters, Christina Chavez Morris and Ashley (Rob) Chavez; Twin Brother Brett (Natasha) Chavez; grandmother, Gloria Pafford; grandfather, Carl Fritz; step-sister, Gretchen (Franz) Knaack; step-brother, Boyd Knaack (Brittany) nephews, Mikee, Bryan, Eric & Eli; many aunts, uncles and numerous other family also survive.
