Charles Wood "Jeff" Browning, Jr. age 69 of Knoxville, passed away October 17, 2017 at Parkwest Hospital. Member of Westside Baptist Temple Church. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Georgia Browning; sister, Peggy; brothers, John and Roger. Survived by son, Michael (Laura) Richardson; precious granddaughter, Emma Richardson; beloved fiance' Debbie Wright; brother, Danny (Julie) Browning; sisters, Betty (Ned) McGlothin, Nancy (Ronnie) Rose and Brenda (Kurt) Davis; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Saturday, October 21st at Weaver's Chapel with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7 pm with Preacher Mike Earl officiating.
