Caylor Jr., Charles Edward “Eddie”, age 60, of South Knoxville, went to be with the Lord suddenly on Friday, March 4, 2011 at UT medical center. Eddie was born August 2, 1950 in Knoxville, TN and was a lifelong area resident. Eddie’s passion in life was family, friends and music. He loved playing the guitar and spent many nights picking away. If he wasn’t playing the guitar he was tinkering with something. He added his touch to everything he owned in a way that only he could. Eddie was a devoted and loving husband and friend to his wife, SeDonna, of 29 years, and a great father and brother. He was also a wonderful Papaw to his grandchildren and great grandchildren who lit up his life with their laughter and smiles. Any time one would ask where the kids were, they would have to look no further than where Eddie was standing as they were always by his side. He is survived by wife, SeDonna Caylor; 6 children, Destanie, Justin, Brandon, Charlie, Missy and Kim; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Sue and Linda; and extended family. Loving friends, including his lifelong friend, Randy Brown, always surrounded Eddie. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Caylor; and brother, Bill Caylor. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Berry Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services following at 8 p.m. Reverend George Pressley will officiate.
