Charles Ross Thomas, age 69 of Knoxville, passed away August 14, 2021 at his home. Preceded in death by wife, Loretta Thomas; parents, James and Ina Thomas; brothers, Clarence and David Thomas. Survived by brother, Donald Thomas; step- children, James and Charles Farris, Barbara Cortez, Connie Robertson; niece, Denise Thomas.
