Charles "CW" Richard Watts, age 80, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022. CW served in the US Army for 21 years. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and friends.

Preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Green; and mother, Billie Presley.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Sonya Harris; and special friends, Regina and Randy Odom.

Family and friends will meet at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at 12:15 PM for a 12:30 PM graveside service Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
