KING, CHARLOTTE McCARRELL, age 93, of South Knoxville, passed away on May 1, 2013. She was a longtime member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Milton and Mattie McCarrell; husband, Mayford King; daughter, Martha Ellen King; sisters, Mary, Alice, Willie; brothers, Joe and Gordon. Survived by sister, Singleton Grubb; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 6-7 PM Saturday, May 4, 2013 with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Hazen McCarrell officiating.
