Christine Wayman, age 81, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 8, 2017. Christine was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Eugene Wayman; five brothers; and one sister. She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Terry and Deborah Miolen, Coy Wayman, and Marshall and Betty Wayman; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Carl Barnes; eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; several nieces and nephews; a host of friends; special friend, Mary Hill. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway. A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 2:00pm with Rev. David Beck officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
