Christopher Lee Newman

Be grateful for what you have. Life is precious, but short. Christopher Lee Newman, age 38, of Spring Hill, Tn, passed away at Williamson Medical Center on November 15, 2021 after an ongoing illness. He was a well loved brother, uncle and friend. He was a 2000 graduate of South-Doyle High School and held a Bachelor's Degree form Fountainhead College of Technology. He moved to Antioch, Tn in 2003 and was a dedicated employee of Dell Computers for 18 years. He was an active member of Cornerstone Church in Springhill, TN. Chris was passionate about youth ministry and volunteered at Camp Ba Yo Ca in Wears Valley, TN, for many years. He was the kind of person who would drop everything to help you, no matter how busy he was. Chris was well loved by many and will be missed dearly. Preceding him in death are his parents: Alton Lee and Anna Darlene Newman, and grandparents: Alton "Vic" and Hazel Elizabeth Newman. He is survived by brother, Dustin and wife, Allison; brother, Scott Newman, nephews, Henry Newman and many special aunts, uncles and cousins, and special friend, Georgia Hernandez and family. Chris' family will have a celebration of his life on Friday, December 3, 2021, his birthday, at 6:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville.
