Clayton Chandler “Papaw”, age 74 of Knoxville passed away June 6, 2024.He loved his family and was the kind of man who would help anyone. He was a big football, basketball, and baseball fan; he was also a professional pool player. Preceded in death by parents, Clayton and Helen Chandler; son, Daniel Bell. Survived by daughter, Tammy Faumuina; grandchildren, Keala Smith ( Paul) Taufa, Kimo Smith, Kiana Faumuina; great grandchildren, Kamealani Faumuina, Aylor Smith, Leland Taufa, Lea’anna Taufa; sisters, Juanita Whaley, Mary Troutman and Shirley Hill. Family will receive friends Friday at Weaver’s Chapel on Western Ave. from 5-7 pm with the service to follow at 7 pm. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am at Dyer Cemetery for an 11 am interment.
