Irwin, Connell Michael, “Papa”, of Knoxville, Tennessee, died on January 7, 2014. He retired as Craftsman of Local 102 Plumbers and Steam Fitters. Preceded in death by wife, Ann Conlon Irwin; son, Curtis Irwin; daughters, Mary Ann Irwin, Beverly Rose James; parents, Tom and Mary Irwin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bernard and Mildred Irwin, Bill and Tots Irwin, John and Teresa Irwin, Jim and Myrtle Irwin, Tom and Maxine Irwin; sisters and brothers-in-law; Kiddo and Curt Wright, Pat and Larry Gray. Survived by sons, Bernard Irwin, Chris and wife Dorothy Irwin, Bill and wife Glenda Irwin; daughters, Ann Marie and husband Doug Layne, Milly and husband John Vandergriff; daughter-in-law, Cindy Irwin; son-in-law, Larry James; several grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
