Crystal Fain age 45 of Knoxville, passed away March 28, 2026 at Ft. Sanders Hospital. She was a lifelong member of Belmont Heights Baptist Church. She was a 1998 graduate of West High School. Preceded in death by father, William H. Fain; grandparents, Bill and Elizabeth Carter and William and Evelyn Fain. Survived by mother, Melody Fain; son, Caleb (Monica) Fain; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Elijah Fain; husband, Marlin Simonds; brother, Carl (Rachel) Fain; Nephews, Hunter and Seth; niece, Princess Ava. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Wednesday at Calvary Commons at Belmont Heights Church with service to follow at 7 pm with Joe Lee officiating.
