Crystal Ramsey, age 47 of Knoxville, passed away on February 5, 2024.She was a loving mother and aunt. Preceded in death by grandparents, Cecil and Betty Shelton, Ruffus and Ludell Ramsey; uncle, Timothy Scott Shelton and Lonnie Lineberger. Survived by her daughter, Kaylee Graham; parents, Richard and Charlene Ramsey; brothers, Russell ( Danielle) Ramsey, Rick Ramsey; sister, Amber Ramsey; nephew, Hudson Ramsey-Roach; niece, Natalie Carrol Ramsey; boyfriend, Scottie Miller. Family will receive friends Thursday, at Weaver Funeral Home from 5-7 pm with the service to follow. Rev. Mike Clabough officiating.
