My husband and I worked with David in surgery at Baptist Hospital. He was such a great guy. He always had a big smile on his face, a really positive attitude, just an all around great guy. He was a great friend, and he was so good with the patients. He was a gift from God. We'll always love you, and never forget you. Until we see you again. Prayers for Dane, his family and friends. As I made my way through the crowd at the Alice Cooper/Rob Zombie concert a few years back a bearded face with a big smile I knew appeared and said "Hey what's up man?!". It was Bucket. Same way he always greeted me. I will miss you and always remember that smile.
