David Randolph Cuthbertson

He was born in Crossmore, NC but called Marietta, GA home most of his life prior to moving to East Tennessee, where he lived the last 13 years. David served 6 years in the Navy from 1959-1965. He retired from Lockheed Martin in 2003. He and his wife, Dale were avid travelers with some of his favorites being Alaska, Germany and Japan. David was loving, fun, and always had a great story to tell. In his free time, David enjoyed wood carving, fishing and hunting.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Margaret; his two sisters, Bob and Linda and his brother, Dick.

David is survived by his wife, Dale St. John Cuthbertson; sister, June Rhyne; sons: Dave Cuthbertson of Perry, FL, Tim (Melissa) Cuthbertson of Jackson, GA, Todd (Becky) Cuthbertson of Powder Springs, GA; grandchildren: Taylor, Dalton, Tristen, Colton, Balie, Tarra; great-grandchildren: Noah and Hadlee; step-children: Randy (Jenny) Boyd of Knoxville, TN, Autumn (Mike) Gallenberger of De Pere, WI, Stephanie Boyd of Maryville, TN; step-grandchildren: Thomas, Harrison, Sara, Conner, Chelsea, Addison and step great-grandchildren: Wiley Mae and Penelope June.

There will be a Celebration of Life with only close family members at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
