David and Ruth were my next door neighbors for almost 10 years in Sevierville. Both lovely and Christian people, surely the strength of their prayers for all neighbors kept us safe and well! When David's pain got bad he found relief mowing his manicured lawn on his riding mower much to my husband's dismay - for if theirs was done, ours had to follow, and so it went down the street! Ruth was always the hostess of the neighborhood, and brought us all together in a tight and loving group. David's absence will be felt deeply by one and all. Rest well, dear man, you have earned your peace.

I was greatly saddened by this hugh loss I will never forget him. I remember all the times growing up when he would spend the summers with us good times of laughter with family. We were so close in age I used to tell him ok "old man" stop having birthdays as you are dragging me behind you and he would burst out with that laugh that only he had. Remember Ruth, Rachel and Johnathan just because he is not longer with us my love of family still continues.

I remember when Ruth told me that David would pray for all of his neighbors every morning. We are neighbors, and we were so very touched. That was the type of Christian man he was. A soft spoken man with a lovely way about him, who was constantly in pain, but kept a smile for his friends. Certainly, a life well lived. Our hearts are heavy, for us all, but not for him. He is seeing Heaven.

Randy was a very sweet and thoughtful cousin; I will always remember his jolly laugh and delightful sense of humor. My husband and I send our love and sincere condolences to Ruth, Rachel and Jonathan. The world will not be the same without him.
