David Michel Jones, age 71, of Knoxville, Tennessee went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 18, 2024. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church and Member of Burlington Lodge #763. David was a great carpenter and Mason and working with his hands. He was preceded in death by parents, Herman T. and Billie Jean Jones. David is survived by sons, Ben Jones and Adam Jones; 4 brothers and special sister, Diana Cooper; nephews, Scotty Richards, Eric Poe, Matthew Jones and Luke Jones. special friends, Sandy Mendenhall, Larry King, Ove Shoupe and Neil McCarter; numerous cousins and family members. There will be a Celebration of Life Thursday August 22, 2024 with visitation from 5-7pm and a service following at 7pm, at Southside Baptist Church on Gov. John Sevier Hwy. Rev.
