David proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1966 to 1968 and later worked for Southern Railway for many years. He was an avid golfer who loved spending time with his family and his beloved dog, Abbie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Frederick and Helen Kittle; sister, Linda Kittle; and son, Jeffrey Kittle.
David is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Rae Kittle; son, Christopher (Michelle) Kittle; grandchildren, Brady, Ethan, and Emily; and daughter-in-law, Susan Kittle.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
