David was a dedicated family man, excellent dentist and avid golfer.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Lawson Shea.
A private graveside service for David will be held Friday, January 14, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37919.
