Defrean Spangler

Defrean Rosie SPANGLER, age 96, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022. She was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church for 69 years. Defrean was preceded in death by parents, Isaac and Sarah Ford; former husband of 30 years, Robert (Bob) Spangler; brothers, Theodore Ford and Ed Ford; sisters, Edna Luttrell, Lavon Duff and Lorene Hall. She is survived by daughters, Betty (Keith) Buckles, Barbara (Charles) Hankla and Diana (John) Wade; grandchildren, Lisa (Don) Glover, Robbie (Camille) Wade, Chris (Beth) Wade and Jeremy (Kelsey) Buckles; great-grandchildren, Bryce Glover, Ashtyn Glover (fiancé Matt Wright), Caden Glover, (little) Robbie Wade,Taylor Dunn, Emma Wade, Sarah Wade, Jackson Buckles, Maggie Buckles, Great Great Grandchildren Maddie Maddox, Issac Maddox and Zoey Maddox; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet Thursday February 10, 2022 at Hendrons Chapel Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service. Rev. Rocky Glenn officiating.
