Donald Wray Fairchild

Don proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 10 years. A dedicated and hardworking man, he spent his life providing for and caring for his family, whom he loved deeply.

He found great joy in the outdoors and could often be found camping, fishing, golfing, or simply enjoying nature. He was also a devoted fan of the Michigan Wolverines and rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite team.

Above all else, Don cherished time spent with his family. His love, strength, and unwavering dedication will be remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Fairchild; his daughters, Sydney Fairchild and Addison Fairchild; his cherished granddaughter, Presley Grace; and his mother, Janice Burd.

Don leaves behind many friends and loved ones who will miss him dearly and carry his memory in their hearts forever.

The family will have a celebration of life on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 12:30-2:00 pm to honor Don's life.

May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.
