Donald Ross “May” Lawson, age 77 of Knoxville passed away December 24, 2015. He was a member of Ball Road Baptist Church. He went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Christmas Eve. Don was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a recognizable Karns community resident. Preceded in death by parents Lawrence and Evelyn Lawson father and mother in law Clarence and Helen Cary. Survived by wife of 53 years Lynda Lawson son Larry (Deana) Lawson daughter Donna (Tom) Broberg. Grandchildren Brittany (Lance) Ginn, Brett (Ashley) Broberg, Bryan Broberg, Kayla (Ian) Mowery and Jesse Lawson. Eight great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Tuesday December 29, 2015 from 5 – 7pm with chapel service follows with Rev. Morgan Lester officiating at Weaver Funeral Home.
