Donald (Don) Montgomery Miller, age 76 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. He was a member of Clinton Chapel A.M.E Zion Church and enjoyed singing in the choir for many years. Don was a gifted, talented interior decorator and enjoyed dressing in the latest and greatest fashions. We are going to miss his witty and humorous conversations. He was a lot of fun. Donald enjoyed and loved being the Dean of Students at Knoxville College where he performed the role for many years. The students admired and appreciated his wisdom when it came to school matters. After leaving Knoxville College Don started a new career at Positively Living as a Director working with clients with adverse conditions. He was an avid servant in the Knoxville community. Don served several years in the Army stationed in Germany as a Telecommunications Specialist. He was preceded in death by parents, Don and Bernie Mae (Branner) Miller; Don is survived by devoted cousins, Terry (the late Tank) Strickland, Ronnie (Tashia) Brabson Sr.,
Alfred Nance, Ramone Crowe, Leslie (Mark) Blevins; including the Brabsons and Branners and host of family members and numerous friends.
