I am sorry to hear of the passing of one of my favorite persons to have worked with in the heating and air business. We spent a lot of time traveling, fishing, and enjoying stories.

Don and his family were always helpful and I will always be thankful for that.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am so sorry for your loss. I love the picture of him with the bubbles! I pray that the Pirkle family will find comfort in the legacy he has left them.

I have known Don and his family for over 30 years through their heating and air conditioning company. They were my first consulting client. I still have a photocopy of my first check from AA Air.

What I learned from Don was to smell the roses along the way. He didn’t have a lot of money, but what he did have he went on adventures with Shirley and with his family. It is a testimony to him that most of his kids worked at AA Air at some time or another. Some still do!

Thanks Don for your smile and showing me the way through life!

To the family,

I remember Don from Doyle HS as a teacher and friend. This started a friendship that lasted for years. After he left the school and opened his business my grandfather had him do several sheet metal jobs for us.
Don was a great guy and a true pleasure to know and talk to.
I am so sorry to hear of his passing and of your loss, our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I spent a lot of time with Pop over the last 6 months. Our relationship deepened and I got to ask him a lot of questions. One night I asked "What's better to have in your life as you get older? Money or kids?" He said $. Love you, Pop. So glad you didn't take your own advice.

Here's a pic of the only animal Dad truly loved rolling in something horrible. He used to ride around Long Point Park with her in the basket of his bicycle.
We'll take good care of Poppy until she comes to meet you, Pop.
