Elizabeth was preceded by parents Glenn and Dorothy Francis. Brother, Jerry Francis; Sisters, Patricia Francis and Catherine Byerley. Survived by Son, Brent Harper and girlfriend Kristi Inman, Daughter and son-in-law Katrina and Mike Cable; Grandchildren, Ashton and Morgan Harper; Elisabeth Grace Cable; Sisters, Rhinda Mowery and Becky Rhinehart.; Several nieces and nephews. Family will meet Monday, February 17,2014 at Highland South Memorial Park Cemetery for a 1pm graveside service.
