Nichols, Edith, age 88 of Strawberry Plains died Saturday March 17, 2012 at Hillcrest North Nursing home. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Nichols. She is survived by sons Kenneth Nichols, Gary and wife Joy Ann Nichols, brother Howard and wife Jenny Counts, and three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous family, friends and relatives.
Family will receive friends at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home Tuesday 5-7 pm. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday at 12 noon at McCarty-Evergreen chapel and proceed in procession to Hillcrest Cemetery in Dandridge for the Interment service.
