Betty Ann (Bull) Vesser, age 98, of Knoxville, TN passed away April 13, 2022. Betty was the oldest tenured member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church for 74 years. She was active in the Old Knoxville High 1941-B Club. Betty worked as a Secretary for White Lilly and various local businesses. Betty loved watching her boys play sports.
Preceded in death by father, Charles Wesley Bull; mother, Amy (Foust) Bull; spouse, Joseph L. Vesser, Jr.; son, J. Louis Vesser, III; grandson, Joshua Vesser.
She is survived by her son, Charles G. (Lisa) Vesser; grandchildren, Justin (Amy) Vesser, Chaz Vesser and Colby Vesser; great grandsons, Jack, Jay and Jesse Vesser; daughter-in-law, Peggy Vesser.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 18, 2022 from 5-7 pm with a funeral service to follow at 7 pm in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway. Rev. Charlie McNutt officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1 pm, Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Lynnhurst Cemetery for graveside services. Pallbearers will be Justin, Chaz and Colby Vesser, Rick Spencer, Jeff and Johnny Jones.
