Neubert, Ellen Winkler, age 77, of Knoxville, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2014. She was a member of Vestal United Methodist Church and retired from First Tennessee Bank. Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, Homer G. and Cora Winkler, and her brother, Hugh L. Winkler. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Chris Latka; grandsons, Austin and Connor Latka; sister, Rosie Collins; brother, Wayne Winkler; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM for graveside services, Rev. Tom King officiating.
