Evelyn S. Horn

She was born in Rosehill Va. to the late Andrew Sutton and Ibby (Lett) Ayers . In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Curtis Sutton, infant sister Verily Edna, niece Kathy Kinningham, sister-in-law Peggy, several aunts, uncles, and cousins, her special Aunt Tence, and special friends Wilma Jordan-Smart and Tinnie Jolly.

She is survived by her children; Son Morgan Ray Cheak (Diane) of Knoxville, and daughter Shayne Cheak of Knoxville, 6 grandkids 9 great grandkids. Brother James and many nieces, nephews, sister in-law Ollie, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

She was known for her “spiciness” and you definitely knew where you stood with her good or bad. If it was in her power she would give you anything you needed.

Her family especially wants to thank everyone (Gail, Fred, Mary. Leigh Ann, Ms. Mel, and others) who helped take care of her and Shayne through this. She loved you all more than you ever knew.
