Finley Jay West Jr., age 70, went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2024.
He retired from Y-12 after 30+ years of service. Finley loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather.
Finley is preceded in death by his parents Finley West Sr. and Pearl West; daughter Becky Stoutt; sister Margaret Williford; brother Bill West and niece Cassie Floyd.
He is survived by his wife Connie West; daughters Kristy (Lloyd) Newcomb and Beth West; son-in-law Brian (Sadie) Stoutt; grandchildren Kiley Newcomb, Jacob Stoutt, Joshua Stoutt, Christopher Schmidt, Colin Schmidt, Casen Schmidt and Caraleena Schmidt; sisters Tina Wright and Penny (Sam) Osborn and many nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes friends to a Funeral Service on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church at 1pm with a Graveside Service to follow at Berry Highland West.
