Flora Ann Walden

Walden, Flora Ann, age 83 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 14, 2015. Flora was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Addie Pierce; sister, Nell Roberts; and brother, Lester Pierce. She was survived by her husband of 65 years, Stanley Walden; four sons and one daughter-in-law, Charles Edward Walden, Jimmy Lee Walden, Wayne and Sherry Walden, and Larry Glenn Walden; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Dennis Hurst; brothers, Ray Heird and Stewart Pierce; sisters, Faye Hensley and Alice McMillian; and three grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Alzheimer’s Association (P.O. Box 10088, Knoxville, TN 37939). The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 3:00-5:00pm at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 10:30am and go in procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service.
