One of her quilts she made by hand. She couldn't finish so I helped put it together. She loved quilting.

I move to Newport Tennessee seven years ago and was privileged to a neighbor 2 doors down from Frances. We met by answered prayer from the Lord, she needed someone to fix her hair and I needed a friend. She introduced me to the organization called "Bags of Love", who makes lap quilts for children in need. She was faithful to attend every Monday as long as she could. She would encourage the ladies and do what she could to help with the need for the children this organization helped. While she would attend dialysis, It was my understanding that she had a smile, words of encouragement for others and would often sing them a song. Occasionally, as opportunity would permit, we would have birthday celebrations or picnic in the neighborhood and even Thanksgiving celebrated among the neighbors. She will certainly be missed. And we know that she is in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ, her Saviour.
I Corinthians 15 1 - 4.

Dear Warren and family,
I had the pleasure of getting to know Miss Frances while working with her at Bags of Love. She will be missed. You’re in my thoughts and prayers.
