Of all my years working with the elderly, this woman is only one I have ever called Granny, she will always have a piece of my heart. I loved her as she was my own blood grandmother, and know she loved me. Throughout my cancer treatments she was loving, supportive, and fostered hope. I will treasure the coloring pages and crochet she made me. I will treasure the long talks, and memories she gave me. She will be missed but I know she is at peace and smiling down on us. Many blessings to Stanley, and her family and friends. She was truly a special soul and I am honored she allowed me to call her Granny.

You will greatly be missed granny. All the beautiful pictures you colored can’t compare to the beauty you are surrounded by now. Fly high sweet granny but look for me. I will be there too. I love you.
