Frances Helen Manning, 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at Elmcroft of West Knoxville Assisted Living Facility. Frances was born on January 23, 1923 in Crab Orchard, Tennessee to the late Truman and Jessie Manning. She spent most of her adult life in Florida until moving back to Knoxville five years ago. She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings. Frances is survived by her niece, Sandra Bonham and husband, Bill of Maryville, TN; sister-in-law, Barbara Manning of Jonesboro, GA; and a number of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, June 7, at Berry Highland West Cemetery, 9913 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37919.
