Francis Irene Clifton

Francis Irene Clifton age 90, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Irene was a member of Tekoa Baptist Church. Irene was born in Maryville, TN on November 30,1934. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Roy; sons, Phil and Lynn; daughter-in-law, Cathy; parents, Huse and Stacy Russell; brother, Kenny Russell; sister, Imogene Russell. Survived by son, Tommy (Carol); daughter-in-law, Andrea; grandchildren, Vicki (Brad), Danny (Kristi), Kyle (Amy), Amber, Ashton (Logan) and Madison; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Caleb, Calleigh, Lucy, Emma, Mason, Nick, Cayleigh, Anna and Josie; great-great-grandchildren, Kolt and Breece; sisters, Jeanette Smith, Brenda (Earl) Blevins, Pat (Cliff) Hall; brothers, J.H. Russell and Lenny (Claudia) Russell; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Monday at Weaver Funeral Home with the service to follow at 7 pm. Pastor Lonnie Qualls officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 am Tuesday at Oak Ridge Memorial park for a 10 am interment.
