CAPPS, FRANK – age 93 passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 12:25 am. He was ordained as a deacon on December 17, 1956. He lived his life for the Lord and helping others. Frank served 27 years with KUB Gas Co. Preceded in death by his father, Lon and mother, Myrtle Capps; sister, Cleo Ferguson; brothers, Mitchell and Scott Capps. He is survived by his loving wife Maggie Braden Capps and next month they would have celebrated 69 years together. He is also survived by sons, Michael and wife Peggy Capps ,Timothy and wife Starlet Capps; daughter, Judy Marie Loveday; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Thanks to the staff at Ben Atchley Veterans Home for their love and care. Visitation will be held Friday from 6-8 pm at Weaver Funeral Home.
