He was a member of Second United Methodist Church. Frank was fondly known as "Bubba" by his friends.
He was a collegiate football fan especially of the University of Tennessee Volunteers.
He was preceded in death by parents: Bob and Lanell Martin.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Sandy Martin; sister, Becki Weisner; brother, Bobby Martin and wife, Lynn and niece, Jazlyn Martin.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 5:30 PM until 6:00 PM at Second United Methodist Church, 1524 Western Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921. A Memorial Service will begin at 6:00 PM officiated by Rev. Charla Sherbakoff. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Second United Methodist Church Music Ministry.
