Franklin Richard Stephens of Knoxville, TN, passed away at home on August 18, 2016. He was a graduate of Farragut High School and a Brick Mason by trade. He was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Ann Stephens Sharp. Left to cherish his memory are his children, sons Glenn V., Franklin J., William R., daughter Tammie L. Stephens Hatcher; 7 grandchildren, Michael, Whitney, Bradley, Ryan, Micaela, Bailee, and Tyler; several great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank you all during our time of need. The family will receive friends on Monday August 22, 2016 in the chapel of Berry Highland Memorial funeral home from 12:00 to 1:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm.
