I keep coming back here over and over I guess just looking for comfort, maybe to even just talk to you daddy. Today might be my hardest day yet. I guess its just real now that its all over and you have been laid to rest. Looking at this slide-show shows me how much Ive always looked like you. Everyone always said so but I never could see it. Now I do, and it makes me proud to have your red hair and your bright freckles.

Your not just my papaw jerry. Your way more than that. Your my hero:) you have been since i was 5 years old & still when i'm 15 years old. Even when i turn 50. I remember when we would have brithday parties at the house & on the cake we put those candy letters on it. Lindsey & I always fought over those little things. You would take me & lindsey on a ride in the carrier hooked to the lawn mower. Going through the front yard. Helping you grow a garden. Our cookouts we always had. I love you papaw<3 you will always be in my heart. Your in a better place now. Your watching over us. :) you meant so much to me. I will miss you so much. We used to go on boat rides all the time & fish. I remember we went & i got Mcdonalds & brought it on the boat. I fed my chicken nuggets to the fish.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family during this difficult time. May God be the rock you lean on now and in the days to come. May He hold you in the shelter of His arms when the days seem too dark to bear.
Love and Prayers, Ron and Pat Russell
