Grace "Granny Grace" Louise McCarter

Grace "Granny Grace" Louise McCarter , age 90, of Concord, Farragut, Knoxville, Tennessee passed away in the early hours of on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Grace was born January 30, 1932. Grace was retired from Revco/CVS Warehouse. She loved her kids, grandkids, great grandkids and great-great grandkids. Family meant everything to her, she loved doing crafts, crocheting and working puzzles and sitting on her front porch.

Grace is preceded by her son, Ray McCarter; granddaughter, Stacey Hensley; life partner, Jack Smith; brothers, Hubert, Edd, Floyd and Charlie Miller. She is survived by her daughter, and son in law, Becky and Ronnie Hensley; grandson, Shane Hensley; great grandchildren, Hayley Hensley, Madison Paul, Kason Collins, Dianna McCarter; great-great granddaughters,, Layla and Eden Selvidge; daughter-in-law, Bonnie McCarter; brothers, Ben and Melvin and lots of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held for Grace on Monday, July 11, 2022 from 11-1pm at Berry Highland West Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 1pm.
