Gretchen Louise Moore

Gretchen Louise Moore went home on July 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 58. She was born on May 18, 1968, in Dayton, OH. Gretchen was a loving and devoted mother and GG. Gretchen was hard worker. She was a supervisor at the University of Tennessee Medical Center for many years. She also worked various other jobs throughout her life. Gretchen enjoyed going to the lake and having family cookouts.

Preceded in death by parents, Melvin and Alma Willis; sisters, Rhonda Peak and Rose Willis.

Survived by daughter, Ebony Moore; son, Mickey Moore; brother, Ricky Lynn Willis; sisters, Sonya Rodgers, Sherry Willis, and Regina Jones; grandchildren, Shamyjae Moore, Damysha Moore, Jakyren Carter, Charles and Bella Murray; nephews, Vincent and Lamont Willis, Karlton, Branden Dillihunt; nieces, Jessica and Jennifer Peak, Cherrish Willis.

A Receiving of Friends will be held in Gretchen's honor on Sunday, July 26th from 2-4 PM at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920.
