Harold King McAmis

McAmis, Harold, age 70, of Knoxville, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was preceded in death by daughter, Catherine Mary McAmis, parents, King and Pauline McAmis. Harold is survived by wife, Catherine Marie McAmis; son, Harold King McAmis, Jr; step-daughters, Sue, Carol and Dee; grandchildren, Renee, Sarah, Glen, Cody; step-grandchildren Jackie, Julie, Daniel, Cody T., Kenzley, and Abbi; and great-grandchildren Brittany and Angel; brothers, Tom (Kathy), Lawrence (Mary), Mackey (Connie), King Jr. (Betty) McAmis; sisters, Glenda (Charles) Pelfrey, Judy (Tom) Forrester, and Barbara. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Berry Funeral Home. A chapel service will follow at 8:00pm with Rev. Ray Barber and Rev. Gary Bryant officiating.
