She is preceded in death by her parents Lillie Wolfe Garren & Clarence Garren; brothers Jackie Garren, Jimmy Garren, Bobby Garren, Woody Garren and Denny Garren; sisters Amanda Sue Garren and Kathleen Dale.

Helen is survived by her husband Gary Coleman; sons Von (Melanie) Garren and Don (Michelle) Coleman;

sisters Marie (Robert) Fox, Mary Johnson, Pauline Burchell, Ruby Dunlap and Melissa Gomes;

brothers Johnny (Loretta) Garren, James Garren, Jimmy “Slim” Garren and sister-in-law Vicki Garren; 7 grandchildren ; 7 great grandchildren , and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm with the funeral following at 8:00pm with Preacher Charles “Chucky” Covington officiating at Berry Highland South Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 2:45pm for a 3:00pm Graveside Service at Berry Highland South Funeral Home & Cemetery.
